Campaign Title: 99 Steps to Raise Mental Health Awareness
Overview:
This April, join us as we take 99 steps to promote mental health awareness in our communities. Our campaign encourages individuals and families to walk in support of mental health while raising awareness about its importance and advocating for resources for those in need. Participants are invited to document their journey through a video submission for a chance to win an exciting prize.
Campaign Goals:
Raise Awareness: Educate communities about the significance of mental health and reduce stigma.
Encourage Physical Activity: Highlight the mental health benefits of walking and being active.
Engage the Community: Foster involvement through shared experiences and storytelling.
How to Participate:
Walk 99 Steps: Each participant is encouraged to complete a walk that symbolizes 99 steps. This can be done in a single walk or spread across multiple days throughout April.
Document Your Experience: Record a video capturing key moments during your walk. Share your thoughts on mental health, why it matters to you, and how walking has positively impacted your well-being.
Submit Your Video: Upload your video to our designated platform by the campaign deadline of April 30, 2025. Make sure to use the hashtag #99StepsForMentalHealth to join the conversation online.
Win Fantastic Prizes: All video submissions will be entered into a drawing for fantastic prizes aimed at promoting further mental health advocacy, including wellness kits, fitness memberships, and more.
Resources:
Participants will have access to materials highlighting mental health facts, walking tips, and resources for support. These will be available on our website and through community partners.
Campaign Kickoff:
The campaign will officially launch on April 1, 2025, with a virtual event featuring speakers from the mental health community, local leaders, and testimonials to inspire participation.
Join us this April in taking 99 steps towards a future where mental health is prioritized and understood. Together, we can make a difference.
