DOCTORS ON CALL USA FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Doctors On Call takes great pride in our financial efficiency and accountability. We work to maximize the value of every dollar or gift we receive.
More than 90% of the expended resources – to support our projects around the world’s poorest communities- and less than 10 percent of spent resources go toward administrative and fundraising costs.
We encourage you to investigate us anytime.

Doctors On Call is committed to meeting international standards of quality and accountability. Guided by our rights-based approach and program principle, we ensure that our partners and communities have a voice in planning, implementing, and evaluating our work. Given the vulnerability of disaster-affected populations, we emphasize integrating humanitarian accountability standards in pursuing our causes. Doctors On Call’s Program Information and Impact Reporting System monitors the extent to which we are making progress in achieving our global impact goals with the mandate of publishing our organizational data in our annual report.
Being accountable to our stakeholders means ensuring that we transparently share information or, where we are unable to satisfy an information request, providing an explanation to our donors and the people we serve by passing information across or posting a substantial amount of data on the internet, including strategic plans, annual reports, advocacy policy reports, program reports, research reports, external evaluations, and media releases.
Our Information Disclosure Policy also defines the types of information that must remain confidential due to practical legal, operational, safety, and security considerations. All stakeholders have the right to provide feedback to Doc, including a complaint, and to receive a response.
Doctors On Call has put a single Global CARE Line in place for receiving reports of fraud, misappropriation, discrimination, sexual harassment, exploitation and abuse, support of terrorism, and other wrongful conduct – with support online or phone and anonymous reporting options. Any volunteer, partner, vendor, and program participant may use this service to report criminal behavior.
We believe that any stakeholder can raise a complaint, have that complaint addressed, and receive a response.
Doctors On Call integrates its impact, organizational health, and accountability behavior into an organization-wide accountability framework that guides how we capture, report, and receive feedback and share, learn, and improve our work worldwide. We are testing and learning from new approaches and technological innovations that can strengthen our ability to work, carry out our mandate, listen, learn, adapt what we do, and do it for a more significant impact.
DOC believes that accountability is being held responsible for and hearing the perspectives of others about how we are serving them – and then actively making changes and improvements based on how we have touched the lives of the vulnerable in the poorest communities in the world
Emergencies come in many forms: armed conflicts, disease epidemics, natural disasters, malnutrition crises, etc. Your gift ensures that our teams are there to relieve suffering and save lives when an emergency happens.
